All works are carried out in accordance with current building regulations and we have good relations with the Building Control Inspectors from the local authorities in Luton and Bedfordshire.
We take great pride in our work and our standards of build and finish. If you are planning a substantial project and wish to be reassured, we will gladly arrange for you to see some of our finished work.
BB Builders maintains responsibility for any subcontracted electrical or plumbing works and you can rest assured that this work will be undertaken in accordance with current electrical and plumbing regulations.
Any work with gas is undertaken by an accredited “Corgi” gas installer.
Any electrical work is undertaken to current NICEIC standards. Full tests will be carried out and the appropriate certification will be provided.
We believe that quality should exist in all aspects of our work. That’s why we will plan works with you and work to a timetable. If we say we will turn up at a given time then we will. We won’t walk around your house in dirty boots and we will cover your floors if we need constant access. We will make all possible effort to minimise the inconvenience to you and your family. We will be polite, courteous and as inobtrusive as possible when working in your home.
